How to Place a Quilt Order
Online Order Form
Place your order through our website using a major credit card or your PayPal account.
Print Order Form
Mail in order with check or postal money order. Order will be shipped after check has cleared.
About Quilt Sizes
Carefully measure your mattress size before ordering a quilt.
First measure the width and length of your mattress top. Then add to those dimensions the number of inches down the side of the mattress you would like your quilt to fall in each direction. You will find the width and length of each of our quilts indicated in the item description.
Shipping Method and Rates
We ship all orders via First Class US Mail. The following shipping rates apply:
Bed Quilts, Larger Quilts: $25 per quilt. Baby Quilts, Wall Hangings, Smaller Quilts: $15 per quilt.
Return Policy
Should you wish to return a quilt please follow this procedure:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the quilt to receive a Return Authorization Number. Contact us by email at avis@quiltpatchofmaine.com, or by phone at 207-796-5169, stating your name and the reason for the return.
2. Upon our approval of your return, we will provide you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Your return shipment must be postmarked within 7 days of our notification of the RAN. Please write your RAN and your last name clearly legible on the outside of the return shipping box. Returns will not be accepted without a RAN on the outside of the box. Return shipping costs and insurance are at customer's expense. We recommend sending returns by US Mail for tracking purposes. Send returns to: Quilt Patch of Maine, 647 Bingo Road, Waite, ME 04492.
3. After we have received your return, we will refund the price of the quilt, less the original shipping costs. There is a 10% restocking fee. If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit card refund. If you paid by check, you will receive a check from us by mail.
If your quilt was damaged on arrival:
Immediately deliver the original package and contents to the claims department of your local US Post Office.
International Orders
Please contact us for shipping and handling charges before ordering. We can only accept payment for International orders by credit card or PayPal, through our website. Once we have provided you the total cost of the order, you will be provided a link to our International Order Form page. We are not currently offering shipments to some countries. We do not offer shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
